He’s been a business Sylius user since 2015, who has explored the solution in and out during his various endeavours as product owner in multiple organizations that relied on Sylius as their primary e-commerce platform. Via our partners, who have been managing complex systems based on Sylius and Symfony, we provide unique tooling to constantly monitor your online business performance and security, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS (Amazon Web Services).

We follow an infrastructure-as-code approach, to ensure ease of replication, traceability, cost control and data governance.

For development, the go-to approach is to have ephemeral environments for short-lived feature branches, with staging environments to vet everything before going live.

For production, the services will have redundant and failover mechanisms in place, battle tested and in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We ensure that Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met through our proactive monitoring, tracking, alerting and escalation policies.

Content Management System (CMS) - there are plenty on the market and dozens that have been already successfully implemented with Sylius. We’ve got them researched, be it plugins or standalone headless solutions, and we’ll pick one that fits you best.

Enterprise Resource Planning - probably the most complex systems to integrate with any e-commerce platform. Message queues, middleware, enterprise service buses… There are at least few ways to do it right, and we’ll choose the best for you.

Marketing Automation (MA) - either via extensions or 3rd party apps - we have integrated many of them with Sylius and developed our own plugins.

Payment Service Provider (PSP) - e-commerce always goes where money flows, hence payment methods selection and configuration are crucial for every online store to thrive. As authors of several payment plugins, and advisors of integration of many others, we are equipped with all the necessary knowledge to recommend the right one for you - depending on your budgets, region of operations, and other preferences of you and your customers.

Other 3rd party tools - search, shipping, WMS (warehouse management system), BI (business intelligence), loyalty, marketplaces, customer services apps, product reviews, e-mail and SMS marketing, OMS (order management system), cookies, gift cards, etc. - we’ll be happy to analyze any 3rd party app you are interested in, and advise you on its selection.

In order to ensure the quality and reliability of software delivery, we can craft and maintain a strong quality assurance process that covers all stages of software development:
