We typically kick off the codebase audit within a month of scoping. However, if your platform is critical and facing severe downtime, we escalate the priority to deploy a rapid Project Rescue team. We understand that high-volume operations cannot afford pipeline blockers.

1. Workshops & Audits

Before we begin weaving code, we must understand the architecture of your system. Our short-term advisory services are based on a daily rate (5,900 PLN / 8h).

• Workshop Zero. Defining process logic and priorities (4h collaborative session + 4h analysis).

• Technical audit. In-depth verification of application performance and quality, resulting in a prioritized roadmap of recommendations.

• Consulting terms. The minimum package is 1 day (8h). Hours can be used flexibly within 6 months of purchase (after which they expire).

2. Implementation & Scaling (Fixed Price / T&M)

We adapt our workflow to the maturity of your project:

• PoC / MVP (2 weeks to 3 months). A Fixed Price model designed for rapid validation of business assumptions under strict budget control. The key advantage of our approach is the inherent flexibility of the solutions – the prototype serves as a production-ready foundation for secure scaling.

• Long-term development. Rates range from 180-320 PLN/h depending on the specialist’s seniority. Minimum engagement is 150h per month (FTE).

• Team structure. Even with a single full-time equivalent engagement, we dedicate at least two specialists to every project. This role distribution ensures a secure dispersal of architectural knowledge. By doing so, we eliminate the risk of downtime due to absences – the "weave" of expertise remains intact, and the project maintains its momentum regardless of unforeseen factors. For long-term projects, we include a flat fee for Project Management and Business Analysis support (18-23% of the order value, depending on complexity).

• Quality assurance. As a standard, we allocate 1/4 to 1/2 of a QA tester's time for every 3–5 developer FTEs, ensuring regression stability of the system.

3. Post-launch support (SLA Subscription)

We maintain platforms after deployment to guarantee production security.

• SLA subscription. From 3,900 to 9,990 PLN/month.

• Scope. Guaranteed response times, constant performance monitoring, and regular updates.

Yes, executing Project Rescues is our standard operation. Before writing a single line of new code, we run a ruthless audit of the existing repository. If the foundation is salvageable, we refactor and stabilize. If it's paralyzed by severe technical debt, we will tell you directly and propose a hard pivot to rebuild a scalable architecture.
